Basic plan - starts at $1,000 per year and includes:

• 2 in-person meetings (Including yearly board meeting and company review) 
• 3 hours total phone assistance
• Document review up to a total of 100 pages
• Yearly preparation of board minutes 
• Annual company renewal and "Registered Agent" service
• 25% reduced rate for company litigation services
• 30% reduced rate on estate planning services for company employees

Gold plan - $2,000

• 4 in-person meetings (Including yearly board meeting and company review) 
• 7 hours total phone assistance
• Formation of company
  • Articles of Incorporation / Certificate of Organization
  • Operating Agreement (LLC)
• Document review up to a total of 250 pages
• Yearly lease review
• Yearly bylaw review
• Yearly preparation of board minutes 
• Annual company renewal and "Registered Agent" service
• 25% reduced rate for company litigation services
• 30% reduced rate on estate planning services for company employees

Platinum Plan - $5,000

• 10 in-person meetings (Including yearly board meeting and company review) 
• Unlimited phone assistance
• Document review up to a total of 100 pages
• Yearly lease review
• Yearly bylaw review
• Yearly preparation of board minutes 
• Annual company renewal and "Registered Agent" service
• 30% reduced rate for company litigation services
• 40% reduced rate on estate planning services for company employees
